Fresh T.I.T.S

We thoroughly enjoy these urban tees, especially the Wifey collection. Though somewhat diminutive to women, (especially proud, independent chicks like us) we can still enjoy this coolness in good fun and they're great for subliminal messaging...

Dose of Reality

The Copenhagen summit, where 5 major nations (U.S, China, Brazil, India & South Africa) negotiated on a global climate deal, has come to an end late Friday. Though an accord has been reached & they claim there’s been some progress, we fail to see any firm agreements made in regards to neither reducing long-term greenhouse gas emissions nor controlling the global temperature rise.  What appalls us the most is the fact that the 5 nations that got to call the shots on this global issue, are some of the most industrialized countries responsible for the most greenhouse gas emissions – yet the poor, developing countries, including the small island nations affected the most by global warming, didn’t have a say in this accord.
We’re just sayin’, this shiz is not fair at all

Kiehl's Winter Makeover

Bumble's saviour for luxuriously moistened skin during NYC's winter: Kiehl's Crème de Corps has gotten a new look.

Graffiti legend KAWS has put his stamp on the bottles, available now for a limited edition, where 100% of profits will go to RxArt, a non-profit organization fostering Art in healthcare facilities and through patients.
Back to the bottles, though it's a great benefit project, it's about damn time this classic brand started speaking our bumble gummylicious language!

Skaters, toy devotees you've probably known David Flores' style for a while. So you can go ahead and jump the intro and go browse Internet for a Thumper, last year's mouse or something.

INTRO: This is the Future of PoP Culture.

In Visual Arts he is best known for his self-proclaimed 'stained glass' style, in the sk8 World he is prominent for illustrating SHORTY'S ads, boards, and so much more...

This is a pioneer with elaborate visions that he's been making sure to spread all over the world 'labeling' and confirming his style.

One thing is for sure: if you come across one of his murals you will be struck by the precision of the lines and shades. Only then will you truly understand why so many admire, enjoy... and buy. (HA.)

Electro Clash: GESAFFELSTEIN

Our encounter was one of the most random.

After having spent an Irreversible night at the P.P trying to understand who this guy with the Scuba Mask was, I tumbled upon a good friend (who we will talk about soon enough) who suggested to drive me back home.

I noticed someone in the front seat, but didn't care to know who it was at this unholy time of the night (day?), so I just sat, and politely said 'Hi'.

The immediate response was: 'Hello there. I'm the Masked Man, are you hungry?'.

A few others also joined the ride; needless to say that I didn't go home because we rebelliously spent all night cruising around Paris in search of crepes.

A wacky acquaintance became a buddy, who became a True friend: another Paris-based BumBle Gum Gang member.

Now check this out.

If you can handle a fusion of trippy Gainsbourg, Miss Kittin, The Hacker, New Wave sounds, space and Studio 54: Mike Levy, a.k.a. GESAFFELSTEIN is the man you're looking for.

This Music of Today has been bread far from anything mainstream: deep, cold, dramatic, moony, fresh, inventive, colorful and avant-garde are key words to this unique atmosphere.

Our Cybernetic Euro-Pop composer has been signed by french label Zone and has recently released his new EP 'The Operator'.

It's been spinned around Europe by the most influential figures of the scene such as Laurent Garnier, Miss Kittin or even Cosmo Vitelli...

Make sure to be part of this intergalactic quest by following the movement and organizing your agenda with upcoming shows on:

~Wynwood Walls~

If you weren't here for Art Basel and missed out on the World's Largest Site Specific Level Mural Installation (yes, that's correct), don't worry we got your back.
Curated by Primary Flight this installation has united 100 of the most influential Street Artists in the World since 2007.

Now the streets of Wynwood have been revived by a mob of local and international artists.

These ingenious/eye-popping/fierce/fun/dramatic murals, graffs, and tags can be followed all around the area.

Since this is right downstairs, we thought we'd hang out and take a couple of shots.
